In 5 years I see myself as a thought leader in the field of agile methodologies and web application architecture and development working for a company that recognizes my technical expertise and experience. I also see myself as a successful technology author with multiple published books to my name.

I describe myself as a passionate technologist. I am very passionate about technology, especially web development technology. I am continuously reading, researching, and learning more about technologies that interest me to broaden my knowledge base. I am also passionate about education, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. I believe that collaboration and knowledge sharing are essential elements of successful large organization.

I believe that there is something to learn from every job, project, or assignment. Whether the learning experience is with an unfamiliar technology, a difficult work environment, a peer that I respect, or the challenge of working with an inexperienced team, I have learned from every project that I have been a part of.
